Great service from John on reception. Room was clean and modern for a standard room. Tv included ability to cast from phone which was ideal. Lovely overnight stay. Will definitely stay again. Some cons, AC could circulate room a little better Link to restaurant menu didn’t take me to correct site so couldn’t view menu from room.

Nothing to complain about. Works well ... smooth check in and check out. Car parking no problem. Hotel generally in reasonable condition and clean. Room comfortable and clean - good powerful shower. Buffet breakfast good.

Clean room, quite small, not alot of room to move around. Breakfast nice, but need to pay separately on the morning (wasn't aware it wasnt included in room fee). £30 for 1 adult and 1 child felt overpriced. Car park is not attached to hotel, need to walk through an industrial estate to get to it, this felt very unsafe as a solo female with a small child at night as it was deserted. Spaces in car park VERY small.

One lift out of order, stairs dirty as work going on and pest control in action… told not to use them, glasses and crockery left outside bedroom doors for far too long, no hot water only option for tea available at breakfast. However, staff very friendly and helpful, room good, bed good, breakfast good.
