"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Really enjoyed my stay. Public transport options are very good as you have easy access to the underground to get you around as well as buses. There’s loads of food options in the area so you’re spoilt for choice. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future. Only due to personal preference if I had to choose one negative it would be the positioning of the television. "
