Boutique hotel, which means it can also be a bit dated, but that is the charm of England as well! Our room was very hot though. Sleeping with the window open was loud obviously. If they were closed it was nice and quiet. Great staff!!

Lovely staff, very helpful. Room was downstairs with a lovely bay window. Fresh bedding and towels. Hospitality tray was well stocked. Mini fridge in the wardrobe. Nicely out of sight. Bathroom clean and spacious. Complimentary slippers and toiletries. Needed a voucher for breakfast, options of continental or full English. We opted for the continental and there was plenty of choice of cereal, cheeses, pastries, cooked meats fruit and yoghurt. Additional charge for breakfast but were told about this at check in. Would recommend this hotel. Short walk from Gloucester road tube station.

Välbeläget och prisvärt hotell med trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger utmärkt; nära Gloucester Roads t-banestation och med bussar utanför dörren. Mitt (större - king) rum var rymligt med skön säng (jag har någon gång tidigare bott i ett litet rum, som verkligen var litet, men även det hade en skön, bred säng) och det städades varje dag. Fina ”toiletries” (även balsam och hudlotion) som fylldes på utan anmaning. Vattenkokare och kaffe/te samt litet (och smalt) kylskåp på rummet. Flaskvatten kunde man hämta i receptionen om man behövde fler än de två små flaskor som fanns i kylskåpet vid ankomst. Begränsad men god kontinental frukost. Jag hade trasslat med tre bokningar för totalt sex nätters vistelse men receptionen ordnade med samma rum hela tiden och uppdaterat nyckelkort med tålamod och utan att det blev betungande för mig (hade meddelat vid bokning om att sammanlagt tre bokningar). Hotellet ligger i en äldre byggnad med åtföljande smala korridorer och knarrande golv. Lyhört ut mot korridoren (inga problem för mig p g a få rum på varje våning) men bra isolerat med dubbla fönster mot gatan. Sex-sju trappsteg utomhus utan räcke (gick att stödja sig mot vägg/balustrad men inte att riktigt hålla sig) men plant och hiss (även ner till frukostmatsalen) när man väl kommit in. Badkar åtminstone i vissa rum och dålig ”sprutt” i handduschen (bättre i takdusch) gör också att man som gäst inte bör ha alltför stora begränsningar i rörligheten. Jag skulle absolut bo här igen.

部屋は壁紙や家具などインテリアがとても可愛いく清潔でとても快適でした。 場所は駅から近くスーパーや薬局、飲食店もあり地下鉄はいくつもの線が通っていてとても便利です。治安が良いエリアだと思います。 スタッフはいつでもフレンドリーで優しく挨拶してくれました。最高のスタッフ達でした。

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here! We were looking for somewhere close to the tube stations and Natural History Museum and this fit the bill. Staff were incredibly friendly and approachable and the room was so comfortable with clean and spacious facilities. I would definitely consider Ashburn my first choice of hotel when visiting London again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

L'hotel è molto carino, in una zona molto lussuosa di Londra, a 150 mt c'è la metro. Le camere sono molto carine, ampie e molto calde. Se si apre la finestra un filo di rumore c'è a seconda della posizione della camera. La colazione è buona e abbondante. Il personale della reception (non inglese) è poco empatico.Lo consiglio, rapporto qualità prezzo buono!

The location is very good. The Piccadilly and Circle Lines take you to most of the famous places. There is also a WAITROSE nearby, which is convenient for getting your own food and buying souvenirs. Please note that some parts of Gloucester Station do not have elevators or escalators completely, so if you have large luggage, use Earl's Court Station! Service, facilities, meals and etc. are worth the price.

Nice hotel with flair. In winter a little bit cold inside the room, especially in the bathroom (bathtub recomended!). Very confortable bed, a lot of pillows, warm duvet. One can hear the tube, but if you are tired enough it doesn't bother much. The continental breakfast is every day the same and quite good (2-3 sorts of dried meat or salami, 2-3 sorts of hard cheese, joughurt, croisants, toast bread, muesli bar, 3 sorts of juice, marmelade, honig, nutella and of course coffee and tea). We enjoyed our stay and would further recomend the Ashburn hotel.

Hyvällä paikalla
Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, lähellä metroa, kauppoja, ravintoloita yms. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, siivouksen taso hyvä. Sänky oli erinomainen, tarpeeksi kiinteä. Huoneen yleisilme tosin on jo hieman nuhjaantunut: Kokolattiamatto etenkin ja kylpyhuoneen hanat, suihkukaapissa ruostetta. Kylpyhuoneessa oli todella kylmä. Suomalaisella hotelliasteikolla Ashburn olisi 2,5 tähteä. Sain onneksi hyvän tarjouksen enkä maksanut täyttä hintaa.

Prisvärt hotell i lägre medel ca 3 stjärnor
Typiskt London hotell, ganska trångt och ganska nedgånget på sina håll. Sängen var jätteskön och vi sov gott. Området är ok, inte mitt i smeten direkt utan lite lugnare men med trevliga kvarter runt om. Buss och tunnelbana väldigt nära vilket var ett stort plus. Skulle kunna boka igen. Prisvärt med London-mått mätt.

Decent Hotel at a good location
The hotel is located 8 mins walking from the tube which is great. Overall decor of the hotel is old style but it is clean which is good. The staff us very friendly and they are helpful as well. :) The rooms are good size (as per European standards). The decor inside the room is dark, and the light in my room kept flickering even after being completely turned off! I was too tired to call the maintenance, so I just managed to sleep. The highlight of the room is the bathtub, it was amazing and the amenities in the bathroom were also good. Overall the hotel is good for a short stay, but you need to know its more on the old style decor, not like modern design. Yet clean and we'll equipped.
