The hotel is well positioned close to many attraction's and a two minute walk from Covent Garden. The roof top bar was unavailable on both nights we stayed due to private functions. This was disappointing as we were only informed of unavailability on one night and expected to use the facilities, as this was one of the reasons for booking the hotel. The hotel staff were apologetic about this.

Flooring in the bedroom was quite warm, no where to hang towels once they had been used to dry ready for the morning, and no Hooks to hang towels on whilst in the shower, stool with tea and coffee facilities far to small and short, Bedding comfortable and fresh Toiletries very good quality, all staff very polite and helpful
