Bed was comfortable. Ok for short one night stay. Property is dated Room door lock didn’t worked, lamp turn on knob missing could turn on lamp light. Cannot turn into property coming from the south have to go past and make a U-turn Have to go through the neighborhood to get to a place where you can turn right to go north.

Enjoyed the staff they were very helpful and very friendly the housekeeping lady was extremely nice the front desk lady was extremely helpful our sink in our room drained slowly and the toilet flush was a little funny had to flush it twice the room that we reserved was overbooked so we had to get a different room but they did give us a discount for that which was very helpful we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

It was clean and the staff was mostly helpful, except one time we asked for a new sheet because our daughter spilled a cup of water on her bed and they wouldn't give us one. They gave us a lightbulb when we noticed one was burned out. Spacious room with 3 comfortable queen beds (although the room could use some new paint), nice kitchenette. Pool & hot tub were great. Breakfast was pretty good. Would stay here again

It is an older hotel, but was relatively clean. The staff was nice when you could find someone. The pool was nice, but we could not figure out how to turn on the lights or find someone to ask so we mostly swam in the dark - which was kind of a fun, unique experience. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, toast, or instant oatmeal - not much, but better than nothing. The beds were typical cheap mattresses that left us more sore and achy than when we started. The room was really hot when we arrived (in the 80s) and even though one wall unit was on it didn't blow cool air. The second unit did blow some cool air and there was a other large floor fan that helped move the air around. All we quite loud so it was difficult to sleep and we had to have the TV pretty loud to be able to hear it.

Worst place ever stayed. Booked 2 nights in advance, staff refused to cancel 2nd night when I showed up the first night. Said they couldn't cancel the second night even though I paid for the extra insurance. Breakfast was the worst. Waffle batter was to thick to pour into machine. Rooms were very filthy. Carpet was so dirty it looked like a dirt floor. Toilet paper was stuck to the wall behind bathroom door. Little piles of dirt were built up in every corner. Disgusting place. Staff was extremely unhelpful.

1 Star The office staff were polite and appeared to be doing the best they could given the condition of the property. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and showed clear signs of neglect. Hallway carpets were heavily stained and appeared not to have been vacuumed in quite some time. The carpet in our room was equally dirty, stained, and covered with debris. The room itself raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. We found debris throughout the room, hair in the bathtub drain, stained blankets that made us question whether the bedding had been properly washed between guests, and, most disturbingly, a bloody tissue beside the bed. Finding something like that in a guest room is completely unacceptable and raises significant concerns about housekeeping standards and guest safety. Because all other accommodations in town were sold out, we had no choice but to stay the first night. However, after that experience, we canceled our second night and moved to an Airbnb. Dirty carpets, unsanitary conditions, deteriorating rooms, and obvious housekeeping failures made for an extremely unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again and would strongly encourage anyone visiting Logan to consider other lodging options. There are several clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced properties in the area that offer a much better value and guest experience
