I loved staying right on the beach and having the rental place on site! I didn’t need to haul anything! And we could walk the beach any time we wanted. The mini fridge was the larger size and was perfect!

Hands down would stay again. Room was spacious and clean. Property and staff were friendly. Check in/check out was very easy. Only complaint is some of the outlets in the kitchen and the lamps in the murphy bed's didn't work and the shower head made a loud screech when showering. Other than that the stay was quiet and relaxing.

Room was very clean and good AC. The manager was amazing; very nice attentive and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Baby pack and play seemed to be brand new. No onsite breakfast.

Oh wow this property is so unique! Right on the beach, pool, hot tub, pickle-ball, play ground, nice walking path around the beautiful property. We stayed in the Park View Hotel (there are two hotels; Park view (views the kid play ground, no view of the lake unless you walk out side) and Beach front Hotel which 3 of these units face the beach, touching the sand where the other 3 units are behind and no view of lake unless you walk outside. The room we were in had very comfortable beds and linens. Sink, fridge and microwave (no stove/oven in this unit PH20). The unit was not perfect but would stay again. It was a standard unit… get what ya pay for!!! Would stay again for sure!

We reserved a two-night stay, and ended up only staying one night because of the overall quality of our room. The beds were very uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t want to sleep on them for a second night. The rooms were not sound-proofed very well, and we could hear other guests on all sides having conversations. The room’s air was stuffy and had very poor air circulation. We woke up with some minor breathing difficulty, so they might want to consider having their air ducts cleaned. When we would use the air conditioner, it was unbearably loud. We would have opened the windows, but there were holes in the screens and we didn’t want bugs getting into the room. The bathroom tub drain was clogged. The kitchenette didn’t have any dinnerware, silverware, or cups. On a positive note, our room was clean and the on-site staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room is not the one we paid for. There is no air conditioning. The heater kept turning on even though it was 78 degrees. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat was not anchored down. Shower curtain does not cover the whole tub so the floor got wet. We were the only guests at the hotel and they didnt give us the lake front room that we paid for.

Hot tub was out of service. They stated that the fireplace would be lit at 7 pm every night, but it never was. The bathroom tub was completely clogged. Pillows were paper thin, beds were uncomfy. It is definitely a motel with the price of a luxury hotel. Overall would’ve been an okay hotel if we paid less than $100/night rather than $225/night. Extremely overpriced because of the “private” beach.
