"We made reservations cause we had to travel here for a volleyball tournament and once we walked into the lobby to check in there was a smell not sure what it was but it was not pleasant. So I kinda brushed it off when we got to our room didnt have the smell and everything looked ok till I seen roaches. To me when roaches are around that indicates that the place is not properly being cleaned. That's why its attracting roaches. This is the first and only time we stay there and definitely not recommending it to anyone."

"Upon arrival, I noticed a small roach near the microwave. Later, I saw another one in the gym. After returning from the event and going to sleep, I was woken up in the middle of the night by a large roach that was on my face. I spoke with hotel management, showed them photos, and they also observed a dead roach. They advised me to contact Hotels.com directly since the reservation was made through them. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed the pest issue. I ended up leaving the hotel after midnight."
