Good stay

Room was good. You need to bring your own bathing items as they only offer bar soap for your use. No shampoo or conditioner available.

They gave me a room that wasn’t clean. The room smelled like smoke, and even after the room was cleaned, it still looked dirty. The towels were dirty.

It had a very sketchy look to it. The people outside, just didn’t make the place look welcoming, or safe. You had to check in at one side, then drive around to a whole other building and park somewhere else then enter in through other doors. Place smelled like one big rolled up dubbie. The area I stayed in had no staff supervision, or anyone there at all. The room was a very decent size, and clean. It would have been nice if there was pans and utensils provided since I did rent a kitchenette/ studio. I will say though, absolutely quite hallways. I enjoyed not been woken up by crying children, or parents yelling at kids.

Infested with cockroaches… don’t stay here. They will not refund you even if you check out the next morning and tell them you won’t be staying for your 2nd night because of the cockroaches… that we left evidence of on the counter and took photos of… worst few hours of sleep ever. They likely made double the money on the room checking it out to someone else and will not refund our money we paid in advance for the room. Not to mention the staff knocked on our door in the middle of the night multiple times when we had small children sleeping and a super early day ahead of us, saying they show that room should be available even though we checked in with the front desk… we booked our next night at La Quinta Inn and it was clean and comfortable!

The bed was very comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the room was poorly stocked, no cups, no soap, no shampoo. The room was a kitchenette, but there was not a coffee maker, nor cups. The door did not seal showing light from the outside, and allowing flies. There was damage to the wall around the door. The window sill had not been cleaned in sometime. The office for this property was at the property next door. The on-line pictures of the property and rooms seemed to indicate a newly constructed building. But the building was, in fact, NOT new, and had been there for some time. The office blamed theft as the reason, the room was not stocked with soap and shampoo before we checked in. ONLY when we asked for soap and shampoo, were they provided. The office did not offer any drinking cups either. I have stayed at Studio 6 before and found the properties to be clean, the rooms stocked. This property does not meet the basic standards advertised for a Motel 6 property, - that of a clean room. The room was not clean, there was debris under the bathroom sink, and the window sill above the window unit, had not been cleaned in in some time. It appeared to be moldy, but could have been water stain. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the office, they didn't not seem to care, and admitted they knew, the room was damaged, unclean, and not fully stocked - with soap and shampoo.

The room had roaches, stained smelly towels, the room itself smelled horrible, AC didnt work well, there was people doing drugs outside of the building as we were walking up with our 3 children. Other people were smoking right by the doors, you could smell marijuana and overall the safety was a concern.

The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'.

I thought because of being a renewed facility, it was going to be cleaner, but the hallways were nasty, it was super noisy, you could hear the next door guests at all times. Beds were clean at least and the lady at the front desk was very sweet, but most likely not staying there again

It was nasty rooms had a bad odor and had roaches and bed bugs it was not satisfactory at all and should have been reimbursed for how nasty they was now have to check all my luggage for roaches had a family member woke up with roaches in her purse would never stay here again kids woke up with bites from bed bugs horrible.
