"Beautiful grounds, historic buildings and a well appointed and equipped spa helped us enjoy a luxurious and relaxing mini break. The full vegetarian breakfast was delicious and really well cooked - a nice bonus to have this included for a minimal extra charge. Tracy at breakfast and Gino in the evening were stand out members of staff but everyone we encountered was as helpful and friendly. Beth & Damon on reception gave us a warm welcome. "

Staff was amazing, coffee and tea for free was fantastic idea, I felt happy and had great Christmas, thanks to all the people who was working in the holiday time to make us comfortable, actually I was surprised even the cleaning lady done our room first thing in the morning. ❤️"

"Room has air con but it does not warm enough. We got a separate heater otherwise could not sleep for sure.Water pressure of shower is quite slow, no amendities provided in room such as cotton buds, shower cabs, sanitary bags. Good points are big room for family with 2 big sofa beds."

"The hotel and the room are beautiful and the staff are great. Food was excellent. Parking included was appreciated. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for my preference of a softer mattress and no additional mattress topper was available when asked. "
