"I booked this hotel because is located in Littau, just a 6 minutes ride in train to Luzern. The train station is walking distance from the hotel. It was a great option and cheaper than staying in downtown Luzern. I totally recommend this place. Also, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade which was great!!!"

"This a beautiful old property with amazing views. Top 5 worst bed i have ever had (i travel alot). Restaurant made no attempt to accommodate us. Stairs were a bit suspect in the rooms. They charge a 40 chf deposit for umbrellas. The rooms arent bad for the most part. The bar has an amazing view. This place could be a lot better."

"The staff was very nice. Enjoyed our stay very much. View from our balcony was outstanding. So beautiful. Definitely recommend waking up to watch the sunrise . The finicular was easy to get to and take bus 1 to old town Lucerne. Same back. Was great. The only thing I can think of was supper meal was to expensive for us to afford ."

"This hotel is an easy walk from the train station, and from nearby restaurants and the river. The room was very pleasant and clean, and the staff was helpful in making reservations for dinner. It's recommended that when you're not in the room, all valuables be locked in the safe provided in the room, which is easy to do."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location along the river! The front desk staff is very helpful- made reservations for us at a nice restaurant as well as helped us get tickets for the local music festival. Complimentary welcome Prosecco in the bar was a very nice treat."
