We loved our stay here - nice, comfortable room, good communication with staff, easy access to many places to eat and things to do. Just one note - it is a little noisy at night, but they provide earplugs😁. It all worked out nicely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is very central and close to several restaurants. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We stayed facing the garden, so it was lovely and quiet. There can be some noise between the floors, however, as the floors creak a lot. The beds are very small, but all in all we are very satisfied and can highly recommend the place.

Nice studio apartment in the heart of Alfama, excellent location to walk to all attractions. Only downside was the noise/partying at night which even with earplugs kept us up till 3am most nights, but to be expected during this festival season.

Great But No Toilet Paper

I want to give 5 stars for the property, room, service and location but providing two rolls of toilet paper for 5 days and charging for more is weird. I also would have liked to change my towels but didn’t want to get charged. Be ready to walk up and down a lot of hills to get to the hotel. Great stay otherwise!

Brilliant location in the old area of town just below the castle. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. Very friendly and helpful staff in the office. Apartment on top floor clean and spacious. Well equipped kitchen.

As a solo traveller, I felt really safe staying at the hotel and being in the area. Everyone was really nice and welcoming as it was my first time visiting Portugal. Hotel was accommodating as I arrived early and they held my luggage until check in. Front desk was amazing and very pleasant.

Awesome location. A/C is rare so that was a huge plus. Especially in Lisbon. Service was quick to respond. Would book again. Some may find the location challenging if they have mobility issues, however, in that case Lisbon is not a destination that can accommodate you.

Great location in Alfama with bus and trolley stops nearby as well as being in easy walking distance to many places of interest. Room and bed comfortable and spacious. Nice to be able to spread out. It was great to have the small kitchen to prepare small meals/snacks. Very close to many restaurants and bars as well. On the downside, one can hear people moving about in the apartment upstairs and it was loud enough to wake me even with earplugs. Checking in was easy and property communicated well.

We booked the Premium Apartment on the 4th floor (4D) – absolutely not worth it. The only positive thing was the location and the fact that our apartment faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. Everything else was disappointing: - Even though we provided our arrival time, nobody was there – we had to wait 45 minutes outside before someone finally showed up - The apartment looks much better in the pictures than in reality - Couch had a huge stain - Bathroom is tiny, has no window, very loud ventilation and unpleasant lighting - Bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable, with a plastic cover under the sheet that makes noise and feels awkward - Service is unacceptable: guests must take out their own trash, only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided (any extra costs extra), €45 charge for makeup/sunscreen stains on towels or sheets – if stains don’t come out, you have to pay for replacements For the price, this is outrageous – absolutely not recommended.
