The staff members we met were very helpful and welcoming (especially Beatriz!) and the location was great since we were close to many shops and restaurants. Our rooms had little balcony views onto the street which was nice, too!

It was difficulty lugging our baggage as the steps are very narrow and steep and no elevator. Room was very clean and location is in a very busy touristy area but the attractions were easily accessible by public transport. Beatriz was very friendly, welcoming and helpful and answered all our questions and gave suggestions. Free breakfast was light but satisfying.

Nice Hotel in Center of Everything

The hotel was a block away from the metro and right in the middle of everything. The hotel does have shared bathroom, but they stayed clean all the time. There also was not air conditioning but I they have a ceiling fan, and I did not need the air. You have to carry your bags up at least one flight of stairs and maybe 4 flights. They did offer to help me carry my bag. The breakfast was a European breakfast buffet, but it had lots to eat for this American. The last thing is the staff was great and very helpfull. I would stay here again.

Lovely stay - very friendly and helpful staff. Room was super clean, simple and looked out towards the square. Nice breakfast. Steep stairs and no lift as others have said which is only a problem if you have bigger bags to carry. Despite being near the square, noise was not a problem. Would stay again. 😊

We came to Lisbon for three nights. We were blown away by the kindness of the staff. From accommodating an early check-in(we were with 2 smaller children), to a nice breakfast and overall attention to detail, we had a great experience. Thank you LSG.

A quirky apartment with two double beds and a dining table. Enjoyed the touch of having breakfast in our room and the bar next door was lovely too. Very close to transport links wherever ud need to go in town and friendly staff. Gangs of youths loitering aimlessly outside all day long was very off-putting.

Perfect Location, Everything You Need

We arrived to this centrally-located hotel with very little trouble. Located in the center of Lisboa, it is very close to Restaurandores and Rossio metro stops, shops, dining, and tourist sites. We had not received the entry codes ahead of time but the hotel staff promptly provided the details and walked us up to our room. Located at the very top of the building, it was small but adequate for our stay and we were happy to find air conditioning available on a hot day. The included breakfast was a nice touch with a selection of breads, cheese, meats, juice, coffee, and fruit. Checkout was easy. Our single night stay required payment at the hotel and we could pay by card or cash. We paid cash for the nightly city tourist tax. We will definitely return and will recommend this small hotel to others visiting Lisboa in the future.

Great location, near bus, tram, and train stations. Wonderful staff! I love how they took the time to explain to their guests the highlights of the city. We also had to check out early and the staff packed our breakfast for us. I would like to note that the building doesn't have a ramp or an elevator so this is something to consider before booking the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this gem in Lisbon.

Family vacation

Location is great, near everything, major attractions, in the old town. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The guesthouse owner is nice and responsive. We like the room and the location. The only issue is the shower hot water which has problem to produce warmer water consistently. Although the guesthouse tried to fix the problem, it did not work out. We still appreciate owner offering use other room for shower.

This guesthouse was wonderful for a 5-night stay in Lisbon! They provided breakfast to our door every morning and were very helpful in recommending local areas to check out (where to eat, what to do). Check-in situation was a bit delayed due to an Expedia mishap, so be sure to contact the staff before your arrival. Otherwise, an excellent experience and would go back again!

The staff were amazing. Very cordial and made us feel at home literally. Simply the best. Only thing that bothered us was the noises coming from the neighbourhood when we were trying to sleep. But in grand scheme of things, all good. It wouldn't prevent us from coming back to this property :-)
