"The entire staff of Hotel Reisner was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help us. Selim,at the front desk, and Mona, who cleaned our room, were extraordinary. During his break, Selim directed us to the nearest metro station, and Mona showed us how to adjust our air-conditioning and then checked back with us 15 minutes later to ensure we were comfortable. A very pleasant stay indeed!"

One of the few hotels that we found that actually had a 2nd bed for our son and not just a sleeper sofa. The air conditioner also worked amazing, which is a hard find in Europe "
"We were stuck in Paris due to the fires in Marseille and had to get to Cannes. Anna, one of the front desk greeters, helped us get a flight that would get us to Cannes the next day. "Nice, clean hotel that is a block from Gare de Lyon. Helpful staff and very nice breakfast. Rooms clean and of reasonable size. Not as cool as we’d have liked during some hot summer days. Have stayed here twice and would come back "
"La posizione è buona per muoversi tramite la rete metropolitana e RER, avendo a pochi metri la fermata di Nation.
La camera era confortevole e ampia, anche se personalmente non apprezzo la moquette. Il personale è giovane e cortese. La struttura offre infine un bellissimo rooftop con vista sui tetti di Parigi."
