We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! "Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "

"Such a beautiful property! Conveniently located. The fine linens whether in the room, bar or dining were noticeable. I didn't realize until my first morning when I woke up that the turn down service had not only closed the curtains but had closed the outside shutters. When I opened the window and the shutters, I was treated by the church bells ringing. It was magical! Staff very friendly and concierge helpful with making reservations for dinner and at a Murano glass factory. I wish we could have...
