They greeted us with heartfelt humor and showed a lot patience for long travelers The room was impeccable, with an excellent shower. Although a stone throw away from the train station, we did not hear a single train noise. The location next to the midi station is a hub to access all of Brussels and Europe at large in a convenient way. This hotel is my new home in Europe, I wish I could invest! I want to reiterate the great staff, especially the front desk and the cleaners who always put the guests first. This is VIP treatment at mainstreet prices. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!"

"Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"
