"Clean room, free off street parking is a plus, and perfect location"

"I was a little skeptical at first glance as the property seems to be under renovation. Check-in was very simple. Gentleman at Check-in was kind and informative and let me and my dog check in a little earlier. I did look into the property before booking, so i was not expecting a fancy stay, but a simple one night stay after hiking. The room definitely felt like a camping experience, but an upgraded one. Small room with one bed. Clean and no bugs. Water pressure and temperature were perfect. Did not need a microwave, as i already prepared cold foods i kept in the mini fridge. The heater/AC worked as needed. The only thing i suggest is maybe a thicker comforter/pillows and a better lock on the door. I did not feel unsafe, but a deadbolt might be something people find comforting. Other than that, it was peaceful and quiet and we slpet through the night. "

"Most aspects of our room and the property were fine. However, we were unpleasantly surprised by the absence of a comfort-height toilet, which we have come to expect. Also, I slept on the side of the bed by the wall and found the space available to me beside the bed cramped. In contrast, there was plenty of extra space around the bedside table on the other side of the bed."

"Two rooms used First bed headboard banging wall Bathroom had toilet tank rocking loose. Second room killed a bug right away near TV Curtain rod in tub not installed properly Didn’t kee p water in shower"

"Upon arrival the front desk person was not very friendly. Wasn't helpful at all. The room was clean. Breakfast consisted of a few items, stale muffins. The hotel is close to main street and the University but I doubt I will stay again."
