Had great experience just like last time I stayed here. The place is clean. Convenient. Near the Ayala Mall. Internet is fast with no interruption. Water heater worked well. Parking is hassle free. Will definitely stay here again.

Affordable considering the quality of the room. Very accessible location. Has ac, refrigerator, electric kettle and hot shower. Tho the latter didn't work on the first day due to power interruption but they called a plumber and fixed it.

The hotel is pretty much comfortable, though the problem during my stay is that, they don’t have free toiletries such as, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and soap. On top of that, they don’t offer room service cleaning and the staff are only available until 5pm. During my stay there was a power interruption, which lasted for a couple of hours, and it was so frustrating. Anyway, the only good thing about this hotel is that they are located in the city center, which is accessible to malls and restaurants.

Better than many in the price range and area

Centrally located with parking and easy access, secure. Good AC with comforter, two towels and a floor mat. Shower had shampoo and body wash provided, as well as hot water. Staff not available after 5 p.m. Staff not particularly friendly but it appeared the office is used for other business besides the hotel. Room was clean. Couldn't use the hand held shower option because turning it on caused the bathroom to smell of sewer. No bedside table.

Very good budget stay in Legazpi

Pretty basic accomodation. Staff was friendly & attentive and would reply if messaged thru SMS. Easy check in and check out. No water station but has electric kettle and drinking glasses/cups and a small ref. FYI, No windows in the room as mentioned. Very good accomodation for the price. Great location. Right next to Pacific mall and short walk to SM City Legazpi, Public Market and Ayala Mall. Unfortunately, the other rooms are noisy and keeps on banging their doors. Would stay again.
