"We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect."

"Ideally situated just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a suite, such a treat, it was just a shame that I didn’t have more time to make the most of it. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up in Leeds. "

"Couldn't fault our stay. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me and my mum a voucher for a free drink each at the bar as I had brought my mum away as a birthday gift. The hotel was really modern and clean, same with our room, with the comfiest bed and pillows! The shower was amazing!
