"When making the booking, we paid extra for bed linen and towels. Upon arrival, neither bed linen nor towels were present in the apartment, which we immediately reported to you. Unfortunately, it took a long time before we received any response. "The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away.

"Tutto eccellente."

"Basic kitchenette in family room. Microwave kettle good breakfast supplies"
