"Great stop before the tunnel. Lovely room with bathrobes, good tea and coffee in the room etc. Everything we needed.
Pool looked great but didn’t use due to late arrival and don’t have breakfast as early departure - but I imagine it would have been good! "

"My 1 night stay was uncomfortable because the aircon could not keep the room cool. I had a top floor end of corridor room with windows facing the sun. It's difficult to get past that. I wish I had raised it with the staff as they may have been able to move us? I had my daughter with me and we had a lot of stuff and we were breaking a long journey for the night and we were tired so the idea of moving rooms seemed too much.
The staff were brilliant and the food was excellent.

"We had to move rims as we were not put in the room that we booked. Our room was sooo noisy. We had booked a court yard view room and was told they upgraded us to some other room in which we were not informed off i till after we asked to be moved due to noise. It was clean but the

pool were not working. No towels etc etc. breakfast was ok. They did have gf bread but that’s it. Fresh fruit and juice in the foyer through the fat was a nice touch....
