"Absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and do everything they possibly can to make your stay perfect. The spa facilities are brilliant and the brasserie restaurant is well worth a visit for some amazing food! We are already thinking of when to return."

"Nice location in a busy area of Lausanne, one stop on the metro from the main station. Responsive to messages (we had to check in late and had full instructions on how to do so), and friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again on future visits to this part of Switzerland."
