"Were told by the staff that the 'on site' Restaurant (ITALIAN) would serve us provided we arrived by 10:15pm. We got there early at 9:35pm and they would not seat us - OPTING instead to offer us 'take-out' ONLY. Just arrived into our rooms - rushed to get there and no effort was made to accommodate us. Other than that - the only other complaint was that the shower was dirty. Bar Staff were very friendly/helpful and attentive."

"Nice hotel. Comfortable and very handy t airport. We found the drivers not very helpful. Hiring to city takes nearly 40 minutes and costs €30-40. Very convenient for flying from Dublin Airport. Our room key did not work after 11 am on check out day with out any previous indication even though we have not checked out. I felt if the room keys are cancelled at 11 am that is very impolite. Staff were friendly and polite."

"Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war vor allem das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Toilette selbst war sehr tief und der Sitz defekt. Die Dusche war an vielen Stellen schimmelig bzw. rostig. Jedes normale Hotel hätte solche Mängel selbstverständlich beseitigt, hier anscheinend nicht. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den Golfplatz war das einzige Highlight. Essen und Service war gut."

"Great hotel with the beach at the rear of the property. Was great to get a walk on the beach before the long flight home! Room was well equipped and comfortable. TV was not great however. Staff in the hotel were great and helpful. Supervalu across the street carries luggage scales in case yours breaks like ours did!"

"Because of our flight timing we arrived at 2 and our room wasn’t ready as checkin is at 4. The reception person tagged and put our luggage in temp storage and showed us the bar. Since we had only had and early light breakfast, we got lunch. Very nice. Friendly staff. Then they moved our luggage to our room. Very nice room!"

"This was mediocre as medicine goes. A disappointment for the Hilton brand. The staff in the evening as I came in at night and stayed for one day were quite impatient and somewhat impertinent. So much for Irish hospitality , the front staff were exasperated at dealing with customers it would seem and the front desk chap was more interested in his fan than about sorting out my room. Communication poor, maybe ai would have done better in this case, unable to engage in anything more than one...

"The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood that is not too far from the city center. The airport shuttle and city bus stop is right in front of the hotel making getting around town is so easy. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of breakfast options. Plenty of seating in the restaurant so there was no waiting for breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable."

"My family and I stayed at the Green Isle Hotel during our vacation in Dublin. When making the reservation, the hotel stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. We arrived at 7:30 a.m. after an overnight flight from the United States and were prepared to pay that fee. However, the front desk informed us that because we booked through a third party, our room (179) would not be available until 3:30 p.m. After spending the day sightseeing while exhausted, we were so tired that...

"I arrived early but was able to check in as my room was ready. The young lady on reception was excellent and showed me where I could park my motorcycle. The hotel uses a barrier and ticket system you have to pay €10 for parking overnight. Room was great although the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. I ate at the hotel in the evening, food and staff was as expected and as with other places in Ireland I had a blackcurrant squash for free. "
