"Perfect location. Room was right in the central zone with shops and bars and restaurants everywhere. The room was super clean. Bed was just perfect. Had everything you can imagine on tv from Netflix,Prime tv..Only bad thing was that it had no window and it took me a while to get used to it. Felt Icouldn't breath.Staff was super helpful. Would definitely book again "

"I want to start by saying the location is great, right on Quay Street and the staff was very kind and helpful. And if perhaps we had gotten one of the rooms overlooking the street as shown in the picture it would have been better. Not sure if it was because we booked through Expedia, but we were put in room 105 which is the smallest room in the hotel and the window looks at a wall (which they tried to decorate with fake vines) with a green neon light that is the same day or night. "Rooms very basic, pillows and beds very uncomfortable, very loud due to constant slamming doors. A dining room with beautiful table cloth and napkins did not exist, bare tables in both dining rooms, dinner was good, breakfast ok. I really appreciated Fiona at the front desk, very nice and helpful."

"What an amazing place to stay. From the moment you pull up the beauty of the hotel and grounds will take your breath away. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Sad that we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the whole place "

The hosts are very hospitable and helpful, rooms comfortable and the breakfast is very hearty. Property is just 10 minutes walk to town. Plenty of off street parking. No hesitation in recommending this property. "
