As the website suggested there was a welcome drink I had anticipated an immediate degree of guest care. However after an irritable scrutiny of my visa and us paying a deposit for the key we went to our room. When I asked for an extra pillow there was a charge! The room was clean and comfortable but the hotel is on a busy main road with nothing pleasant in the surroundings. Attention to guests well being does not seem to be a consideration.

Very nice property in Lampang. Clean family sized swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.
Room could be a little bit cleaner.
Bed very comfortable. Not the typical rock hard budget Thai bed.
The room (210) was excellent, but other than that, I wouldn't stay here again. The 'breakfast' was shocking, same food reheated from day prior, flys everywhere and the cook sitting at the back coughing her lungs out!
The pool looked green and only saw somebody cleaning it on the day we left.
If you speak Thai that's great but otherwise don't bother turning on TV as no English Channels.
