"Lovely three star resort. Pool is great… needs some tiles replaced, but it’s still fabulous. Beach towels are very very worn and ratty edged, but they did bring some new ones out when we were there, so maybe they are in the process of replacing them all?
We had a double deluxe sea view room. It was super big and hd a separate sitting area. Sheets were changed every two days and were crisp and white. Bed comfy and we asked for extra pillows, which were comfy too. Coffee provided daily and room had a kettle. Fridge was useful with little freezer where we kept ice from the 7-11. Worked well.
Aircon broke twice while we were there, once in the middle of the night and there was no one on reception so we had to sweat through it. Reception is not staffed from midnight till 6am, so anything that happens has to wait till the morning.
Our shower was dirty, the walls had orange scum on them! I bought bleach from the supermarket and cleaned it myself as it was too gross for me to use. The hot water cut the power off if you used it for more than two minutes. So every day we had to be ready to what’s app the staff to come and open the utility cupboard and reset the power. We were in the third floor, and there is no lift, so we got the reception what’s app number, the first three days, we had to descend the stairs to tell them our power was out. The “maintenance man” came up several times and did something? Looked at the shower, ran the water, saw it cut off power.."
