Novotel Miami Brickell
"The hotel is well situated in Brickell and close to a lot of the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and overall property was quite clean and modernized. Only downfall was that housekeeping didn’t come by at all during my 3 day stay. Other than that everything was good :)"

"$35 a night to park your car in the dark lot (far back in the lot) had t walk through about 60 cats on the steps of the entrance to get to the entrance. The hotel offers housekeeping every three nights. We put the tag on the door for housekeeping and they never came. Was told they only come if you ..."
