It looked like one of the older hotels in the area, the price was good, hotel was clean and service was great. Breakfast was smaller then usual, but I was able to fill up. I would recommend some fresh fruit for breakfast.

The room you booked was available for you. You did not cancel within the allotted time frame in your 3rd party contract and you indicated you were not coming. The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked that our room had a king and a queen. Usually hotels have two queens. Our room had a microwave and fridge which was convenient. I wish the pool was heated or there was a jacuzzi. But not a dealbreaker. Would stay again.

We were staying here after a long day at Busch Gardens. My family lived in Lakeland and were planning to go to Seaworld the next morning. Booked the night before and was totally affordable. Check in was super easy and we were mainly there to just sleep and leave. We had 3 young children with us and needed to get them cleaned up and ready for bed. The bathroom was a bit small but it was fine, everything was clean, the ice machine didn't work but it was fine we didn't need it. The breakfast was just as the other reviews said, not impressive. They have a huge dining area though, not sure for what.

No frills, nor disappointments either. It’s cliche, but it’s simply a clean safe place to stay, if that’s all that you require, not unlike myself or many others. I’ll probably keep this location in mind next time I’m in Polk County Florida.

I was surprised at how noisy the rooms were. The walls were very thin. I could here the people next door opening there plastic bags from the convenience store. Kids running up and down the halls. The breakfast was a disappointment. Clean area but I had trouble with the food options.

Floor felt tacky, some funky smell like old pet mess or dirty pet. I think on curtains. Maybe one pillow. Bed looked nice and clean but was a little hard for me. Breakfast non exciting. TV on all night in adjoining room.

The rooms were dirty, The hallways were dirty, trash piled up around the trash can in front of the lobby, literally trash outside of rooms for 12 plus hours just laying in the hallway, mildew in the shower, office chair was broken to the point where I was nearly injured falling out of it. Continental breakfast was disappointing and a misrepresentation in my opinion. I will never stay with Days inn again.
