I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is nice and really well located. Maria, one of the girl that works there were super friendly and helpful for everything. Felt more than just a hotel as I really get a nice welcoming during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Puno. Thanks

Spent two nights here breaking the journey from Cusco to La Paz. Friendly family-run place a minute or two from the Plaza de Armas, banks, restaurants etc. clean, comfortable rooms with hot water and strong wifi. Recommended, and would stay again.

アレキパ観光やチチカカ湖観光中に荷物を預かってもらいながら何泊か利用しましたが、最終日以外は同じ部屋で、この部屋のトイレの蓋がなく、ずっとバスルームに染み付いたおしっこの臭いに悩まされました。最終日は別の部屋でしたが、トイレの蓋があり、臭いもまだましでした。立地の良さと静かな場所というのは気に入っています。スタッフも親切でしたが、チェックアウト時に予約していたはずのタクシーが手配されておらず、朝からバタバタしたのが残念でした。

Le petit déjeuner n'a rien a voir avec la photo sur le site de l'hôtel.pas de café frais un concentré liquide le "café negro" et pas de lait un peu de beurre fermenté et une barquette de confiture de quoi faire une demi tartine, avec deux petits pains et un verre de jus de fruit en brique.
Un petit musée municipal a Puno bourré de trésor à visiter.
A voir les îles artificiels sur le lac Titicaca à visiter absolument.

Prima hotel, aardig personeel. Niet altijd warm water, dat moet je “aanvragen “ bij de receptie. Maar dat is een algemeen probleem in Peru dus niet persee van dit hotel.

Plusieurs petits problèmes avec lew szlle dd bains, d'abord pas d'eau au lavabo, fonc changement de chambre, puis flexible de fouche se decrochant dans la nouvelle chambre. L'hotel est bien placé.

Margarita hotel

Hotel gestionado por una pareja mayor, no siempre han sido amables pero el hotel tiene una ubicación previligiada. El hotel es limpio y el desayuno correcto. Sin embargo, la pareja no estaba disponible para ayudar o garantizar el bien estar de sus huéspedes. Por ejemplo, una noche hemos llegado mojadisimas por una tormenta súper fuerte donde estabamos heladas y ellos no han querido prender el calentador a gaz que tenían por no gastar. Tampoco querían prestar el secador por el consumo energético. solamente estaban preocupados con el suelo del hotel que se mojaba y no con la salud de los huéspedes, al punto que mientras intentábamos secando y cambiando de ropa, nos han entrado por la habitación para limpiar el suelo. Sin embargo, no han guardado las maletas sin ningún coste adicional

This is a really cute hotel in a great location- about 2 blocks from all the restaurants and bars. The lady who owns it is cranky and needs a vacation lol. If you can, ask to speak to her son, Luis. Luis is very helpful and kind. Every morning they gave us rolls with butter and jam along with tea and FRESH juice (so good!). They also have more food to order for breakfast. We did an overnight tour on Lake Titicaca and they allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel free of charge. They also have a space heater available for 20 soles a night (worth it!). The only reason I wouldn’t give this place the highest ratings is because of the cranky owner who kept yelling at us and calling me a liar. Everything/ everyone else was fantastic!
