"The location was okay but it was VERY loud (both from outside and inside). The rooms are dated, showing a lot of signs of wear and weren't very clean. We made the best of it but I don't think we'd choose to stay here again."

"Pictures and such are misleading. Not the worst place at all, but lackluster. Breakfast was extremely basic and you got hovered over by staff and treated like you are in the way. I asked for a wake up call twice and did not get one either morning, which thankfully I had a bunch of phone alarms but if the front desk staff agrees to give you a wake up call, it is rude for them to ignore you. Also felt like I was just an annoyance the entire time to the staff. Would not recommend this place. "

"The whole place reeked of a certain plant based material. The staff was complacent about it, and there was super loud music being played outside. People laying on the couches in the foyer drinking. It was not suitable for our kids there with us."

"No maid service… we were there 3 days. The room was ok for the price. One elevator was out of service so it was the stairs or the back entrance. A long drive to the French Quarter but we managed. All in all it was an ok stay"

" It's a dump. The sheet was full of cigarette burns. Very negleted. Dirty, chipping paint. The worst place I have ever stayed in. We were stuck as it was Mardi Gras and there was mothing else available. The prices for all hotels had almost tripled. Awful experience."
