"The location of property was excellent. Creek was awesome. Bow valley parkway was very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For kitchen and shower room they had all amenities you needed. On the other hand, our room is 33 cannot reach wifi but you can walk outside closer to lobby to use it. And shower from second floor can leak to bedroom downstair a little. "

"Perfect stay in this mountain hotel. I could not have asked for a better experience. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They gave us an extra cot; which was very helpful because we ended up brining our teenager along after original plans changed. Very appreciative of the shuttles to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake! "There are full options of home facilities, fast to check in and friendly staff with a nice advices. The location quit far from Lake Louis but if you have a car there is no problem but good things are near Castle mountain and Jonhton Canyon, mid way from banff and Lake Louise. I really like here so much."
