No complaints at all.
Hospitable staff, and clean room. All newly updated - a lot of pictures online don't show how much work the owners have put into renovating. Had a very pleasant stay, wouldn't hesitate ti book again.

Looks like they are making improvements. Room was small but clean, all we needed. Front desk check in was smooth and gentleman was very nice. Walking distance to downtown. Would stay again.

Room was very impressive. All new: furniture, floor, bathroom. They did a great job with a old property converting into minimalist stylish one. It was definitely great experience to stay there. Attention to details is fantastic! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Room was ready early. It is a little loud but you’re on the main drag. The only complaint is the toilet was too close to the wall making it hard for tall people to use the bathroom.

Stayed to go to an event in Charles Wood Park. Right across the street which was perfect. Things to do very close to hotel. The owner was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Contrary to older posts there is an office on property. Let us check in early. Owner is doing a lot of work on rooms. Room was neat and clean. Would definitely stay again 😀

This hotels was right across the street from the ADK Wine and Food Festival we were attending, so very conveniently located for the 2 days we were there.

Cute Motel
New owners are clearly putting a lot of work into it. Everything looked clean and lots of newer touches, especially in the bathroom. The bedding was elevated and so so comfortable. Loved the location, easy walk to almost everything but also plenty of parking. Most of all the new owners were onsite throughout the stay and we so accommodating and friendly. Would 100% recommend!! One note: our room at the front was a little loud from the street noise. Did not bother us, I actually like street noise… and it’s probably to be expected BUT if your a light sleeper would probably request a room near the back. 😉

The hotel has new owners and are renovating the hotel, so the pictures don’t do justice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The owners were also very nice and recommended local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this hotel. Super close to the shops - walkable distance. Very clean and very nice. Customer service was amazing. Would stay here again and suggest to anybody. Price was great too

Arrived to the property at 8pm and the office was closed. There was no employee on site. I called the office phone number and it went to an answering machine stating that “no one was in the office to take the call”. I checked my email and had a message from Lake View Inn saying “The office is open from 3pm to 11pm. Please text or call if you plan to arrive later than 11pm.” So I proceed to call Cliff at the number listed (even though this was during office hours), and it went straight to voicemail. We were not able to reach anyone and weren’t able to check into a room that I had already paid for. This is the most unprofessional and inconvenient experience I’ve EVER had at any hotel/motel/inn.

Out dated, construction going on, building materials all over the place including outside. Room was very scarce on what you would expect to find. Also the room pic's are not of this hotel.

The help was extremely nice and very professional. They are under new management and are under construction. The room I stayed in was very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely book a room again with them. I was very pleased 😀

The owners were fabulous! The room was small, but okay, met our needs. No hand towels, washcloths, or cups in the bathroom. Area around the tub was grimy.

Horrible. No water in toilet, cable not working refrigerator and microwave didnt work. No waste paper basket anywhere. Only boiling water in shower. Nobody in office on Saturday at 6 pm or sunday morning and no response to my message!

La chambre n’était pas prête à mon arrivée rien de grave je suis allé faire une commission et ont ma appelé 10 minutes après pour me dire que ma chambre était prête, au prix que j’ai payé je ne m’attendais pas à grand chose mais j’ai été surpris… la chambre était propre grande les meubles étais défraîchi mais pour le prix c’est une bonne affaire surtout que le motel est situé à 30 second des magasins et à 2 minutes de la plage

The fact that my room had hair in the sink, the floor was extremely dirty, the bed smelled worse than a hookers butt, and the person working there couldn't answer anything.

Don't go
Room wasn't clean . Hair on shower wall. Bugs in room . Ants&moths. Very loud guests above room groom 1am until 3. Nonstop . No toiletries left . No blow dryer.

Nothing fancy, just basic clean accommodations for a reasonable price. Within reasonable walking distance to downtown and to the lake. Our room appeared to have been recently renovated with new doors, window and bathroom fixtures. The only thing missing that I usually find in a motel room was a place to hang up a jacket or shirt or two. On the positive side, the normal attire worn in Lake George Village during summer (t-shirt, walking shorts, and good pair of walking shoes) does not require hanging up on a hanger. I believe this motel was a good value for the price.
