"Staff were amazing. The pool was dirty and needs maintenance on the tiles-many were broken off. But my biggest complaint is the r elevator system. There are not enough elevators and the system assigns elevators not knowing how many people are going to that floor so after waiting 5-10 minutes each time-the elevator is jam packed. A security guard showed us the service elevator so we used those the 2nd half of the stay and it made all the difference."

"Room was on the 31st floor - loved the view of Waikiki! Here for our wedding/honeymoon and so glad we stayed here - was perfect for us. Parking was steep but I guess that is just the way it is in Waikiki - the access was great with in and out made super easy - 2 different entrances that both recognize your car so it’s seamless. Housekeeping very attentive. Negative edge pool was pretty cool although spaces next to the pool might be hard to come by. There is a huge deck with chairs and couches...

"My husband and I stayed at the Outrigger Beachcomber for 8 days. The hotel was convenient to all of Waikīkī and things we wanted to do. The room was well laid out with multiple seating options, a coffee maker and mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable. Our house keeper, Florence, was flexible with our schedule. The front desk was helpful with suggestions. I would stay at and recommend this hotel to anyone headed to Waikīkī."

"The hotel was ok. Very basic but not much more. The neighborhood was the kicker- surprisingly populated by many homeless people, drug activity and all that goes with it. I’m from near a big city with its own share of problems. I don’t like what I see or smell in either place, both are as depressing as all get out. I can easily think of a dozen places better( and cheaper) than a stay In Honolulu. I won’t be making that mistake again."
