"Dark poorly lit neighborhood populated by transients and street-people. Did not feel safe walking ten steps from car to lobby after dark. Access to front lobby from street is poorly marked and lacks a driveway, you must stop your car at the curb on a busy street. The few dedicated spots were taken ..."
