The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The rooftop was an amazing experience.

Vi bookede huset for at få pool, hvilket stod som et highlight og fremhævet under faciliteter. Der var ikke adgang til pool og det fandt vi ud af da vi stod og ville ind til pool området. Dreamalgarve gav skiftende forklaringer på hvorfor: poolen var kontamineret, ejeren havde besluttet det ikke var inkluderet, ejeren havde ikke betalt for at være en del af poolen, poolen var defekt... Meget skuffende. Husets adresse er ikke den angivne og heller ingen af dem der kommer frem når man trykker på rutevejlednings linket. Inventaret var for hovedparten gammelt, slidt og med defekter. Men virkede. Men fik dog stød af elektronikken i køkkenet. Køkkenet havde servise og sådan. Derudover kun salt. Ikke opvaskemiddel eller børste.

No hot water, called at 7pm and they said they would send someone in the morning. Went to turn the gas stove to warm up food, no gas..no one showed up in the morning. Called no answer, left message still waiting for them to call back... awful.
