"A lovely hotel with excellent staff, despite a flood issue in the bathroom first night it was dealt with and cleaned up quickly and without fuss whilst we had a drink in the bar. I must say though the terrace room with balcony has a pretty boring aspect, if you can book a sea view room, it will be worth it. "

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Pool Anlage, auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, einzig kleiner Kritikpunkt ist das in dem Frühstücksraum sehr hektisch zugeht und wenig ruhe herscht."

"Das Personal war super nett, insbesondere zu unserer Tochter; insgesamt ein sehr schönes, sauberes Ressort! Ideal für Reisen mit Kinder. Auch der Pool und Spa ist toll. Nicht gefallen haben uns Kleinigkeiten, das Essen im Restaurant ist recht teuer; der Pool war etwas kühl und in unserem Apartment war die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet."

"Posizione molto bella e vista dalla camera e dal giardino della piscina eccezionale. Un paio di cose che migliorerei: 1. Pagamenti in piscina e delle bevande a cena da addebitare solo sulla camera molto scomodo Pagare sempre e dover portare soldi in piscina 2. Cena buona ma ma migliorare qualità dolci e gelati. Nel complesso molto bello ne vale la pena e la vista sulla chiesa e scogliera eccezionale. Uber comodissimo per spostamenti."

"Lovely clean hotel, great staff & food"

"Overall the hotel and location were excellent, all the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We loved our room with our balcony overlooking the lake and river, we sat watching the birds every morning and evening. There were a few minor things that could be simply changed that would improve the stay, coffee in the room would be great, even if it were just sachets. We had to ask for sugar and toilet rolls to be topped up. At breakfast many of the breakfast items weren’t topped up regularly...
