Came for a weekend get away and couldn't have higher praise for the cottage. We had a deluxe cabin with two bedrooms a full kitchen a living room and a screened in porch. Everything was clean and didn't need to bring much to call it home for a few days. The woman up front was so attentive to any questions we had and was a great addition to our stay. Definitely would recommend

Spur of the Moment Stay

We only stayed one night and it was a spur of the moment trip. Nice cabin for what we needed. Comfy bed, clean and extremely easy check in and out! Would definitely stay again!

This place was quiet perfect for a 1 night getnaway. Everythung is in walking distance. The only think is the beds are not comfortable. They should be softer. It seems like u are sleeping on a rock.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Our coffee maker stopped working and we sent a text and there was a new one on our porch within 10 minutes. All transactions were handled electronically and all communication via text and email. This location is walking distance to several bars and restaurants, the beach, train, shops and a large family arcade. Definitely would recommend and we plan to return.

What a cute place! Our cottage was cute and within walking distance to boardwalk on Weirs Beach. The front desk clerk was pleasant and very helpful! Cottage was basic but, comfy and cozy! Would absolutely stay there again!

My parents and I stayed in one of the one room cottages. Pros: It was very clean and in a prime location, only a short walk from Weirs Beach, the Mount Washington Cruises, and the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad. Housekeeping does an excellent job. The room had a coffee pot and a small refrigerator which was very cold. Cons: The bathroom was small and cramped. My bed was squeaky. Overall it was a great stay and I would come again. The price was reasonable compared to most other places in the area and New Hampshire, as we were there during peak foliage.

Party hearty!

Great location if you like to be where all the action is! We stayed over the 4th of July and it was very loud, between all the fireworks, parties and the trains going by. But very fun area and the cottages are walking distance to everything. We were in one of thrbhouses and were pleasantly surprised by how big the bathroom was. Our bed was comfortable but the beds in the other room were too soft.
