Dear guest, thank you for your review, unfortunately the towels were so dirty that we were not be able to use them again, that is why we had to charge them, also there were other products that also had stains but we managed to clean them and we did not charge these other ones, our policy about our products is displayed on each room just to avoid this type of incidents, which we are very sure it was not intentional but also we can not use them again, I have not received any message yet about the refund but you can contact me directly on em@stannumhotels.comOnce again, thank for your comments and despite this issue we hope you had a nice stay.Kind regards
