Booked a standard double room, room only, for a one week visit to family living in Los Alcazares. Picked the 525 based on an internet search for hotels in Los Alcazares - we were looking for a 4 star rating. Very pleased to find the the website information was accurate. We were made feel welcome as soon as we registered and received first class attention from all the staff throughout our stay. Sunbathed on roof terrace. The 525 has set the standard for future visits to Los Alcazares

We were absolutely bowled over by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even helped sort out our bedding (my partner is allergic to feathers) after we arrived very late in the evening. Plenty of choice with regards to eating at the hotel, with a range of restaurants to suit most tastes. It is what it is 2* Hotel. However, staff excellent, cafe good selection of tapas, menu covers all tastes, lots if locals frequent which endorses good quality food at reasonable prices. There is an outdoor plunge pool with a bar and is a good area to cool off. The rooms are small but functional. All in all you get great valve for your money for a 2* hotel. Would I stay again, YES.... its better than some 3-4* hotels in the area.
