cuidado no hay piscina, el aire acondicionado cuesta 10 euros por dia un total robo y aunque ellos digan que los ninos son gratis es mentira los ninos si pagan, 8 euros por dia, una decepcion total Be careful, there is no pool, the air conditioning costs 10 euros per day, a total theft and although they say that the children are free, it is a lie, the children do pay, 8 euros per day, a total disappointment

We like the proximity to the beach. The helpful friendly housemaids and the friendly restaurant staff. We didn't like the lack of information or posted notices in Spanish or English describing how to access the parking lot from the street. That information was non-existant. The procedure is to pull up to the gate, which is not identified, and telephone reception to buzz open the gate. Now how would anyone that hadn't been there before know that!! Bloody ridiculous. However, once we got in everything was fine.

Slow service. Took four hours to get a wine opener. Had also asked for a knife (every kitchen needs a knife) which they forgot. Didn’t care to ask for service on the none functioning fan since we realised we would be long gone before they had fixed it. Not one person in the staff smiled to us during the stay. The apartment was in clear need of a renovation. Would say it is not more than a 2 star hotel.

Mis peores vacaciones

Apartamento abandonado muy mal cuidado, viejo, camas y almohadas en mal estado, utensilios inexistentes, olor a porros en los pasillos, pasillos sucios, el detector de humo está de lujo, no funciona. Una de las recepcionistas según quien sea y de donde venga lo atiende de diferentes manera muy mala su atención de la mujer mayor morena rellenita. Te despertaban para medio limpiar y algunas veces ni limpiaban. Dejábamos las toallas en el plato de ducha para q las cambiaran y las encontrábamos sucias colgadas. El restaurante es de lo peor de la zona, me cobraron el menú del bebé de 2 años, porq le metió los dedos a la tarta de su padre, entienden q comió también. La comida no había por donde cogerla sin sal y sin sabor. El salón de juegos infantiles es un asadero de pollo, el aire de lujo y los juguetes dañados todos. Muy caro para lo q es. Si Necesita oscuridad para dormir, no hay persiana

NUNCA VOLVERÉ

Ha sido horrible, muy sucia la habitación, todo muy viejo, sin aire acondicionado solo en el salón y además hay que pagarlo aparte y aún pagándolo al dormitorio no llega el fresquito. Noche horrible de calor con solo un ventilador de techo y el que duerme en el salón con el aire acondicionado se resfría. Vamos todo horrible

Hotellissa piti olla baari ja ravintola, kaikki kiinni. Henkilökunta ei tiennyt onko lähistöllä avoimia ravintoloita tai kauppoja. Parkkipaikan portti aukesi vain respasta ja kerkesi aina mennä kiinni ennenkuin ehdin autoon. Hotellissa oli ilmastointi kuten sivuilla kerrottiin, puuttui vain kaukosäädin mistä lisähinta 10€ yö. Myös Koko muu riutta lähes pimeänä.

Good size and value

The weather really wasn't ideal when we stayed here - windy and heavy rain. We were on the 8th floor so it was noisy from the wind but the apartment was spacious, well equipped and had a small balcony (that we didn't use!). Wifi was decent, staff were helpful and friendly, there was parking at the front of the hotel and breakfast was a bargain option for €5. La Manga wasn't a particularly appealing place but the hotel was decent enough and good value.

Aceptable pero falta renovación para el precio

El apartahotel es bastante antiguo, pero yo ya lo sabía. La estancia en general ha estado bien, cerca de la playa y tanto los estudios como los apartamentos son amplios y con menaje basico adecuado, además de contar con terraza. Sin embargo, el estado de algunas habitaciones son realmente malas, cogimos varios estudios y apartamentos entre toda la familia y algunos tenían renovados los baños y otras zonas y eran estupendos, y otros (como el mio) tenía hasta goteras en el baño y cero renovación. Así que mi recomendación es cogerse apartamento, con orientación Mar Mediterráneo (sino no podrás ni salir al balcón por el calor de la tarde), con aire acondicionado (no todas las habitaciones tienen) y aseguraos que están renovados los baños. Si se cumplen esas tres premisas pasareis una estancia estupenda. Yo solo cumplí la del a/a, y aun así fue buena, pero si volviera pediría las 3. La atención del personal fue excelente y la limpieza a la llegada también, pero la limpieza diaria dejaba mucho que desear. Por el precio que tiene, lo normal es esperar más. Aunque no hay q olvidar que solo es un 3*.

Malísima experiencia. Reservé una habitación con vistas al mar, cuando llego al hotel, después de estar 45 minutos de reloj en la cola de la recepción esperando mi turno, me atiende una señora morena con pelo corto y gafas, entrego mi justificante de la reserva con el número de la reserva, la tarjeta visa con la que había hecho la reserva, y nada, a la señora no le aparecía en su ordenado dicha reserva.. y sin más me dice: LO SIENTO MUCHO, PERO LA RESERVA NO ESTA HECHA Y NO HAY HABITACIONES. Después de mostrar nuestro descontento durante 40 minutos más haciendo el paripé de como que seguía buscando la reserva, me repite que lo siente mucho pero que ella no puede hacer nada, que si no hay habitaciones es que no hay habitaciones. Me asomo y veo en su monitor muchas casillas en rojo pero también varias en verde, es decir, habitaciones disponibles. Se lo digo a la señora y vuelve a meterse a una habitación dentro de la recepción de nuevo con mi móvil (fatal protocolo anticovid, todo el mundo manoseando mi móvil). Después de 55 minutos de reloj discutiendo en la recepción porque lógicamente teniendo mi reserva hecha correctamente y siendo las 7 de la tarde y viviendo tan lejos yo no me iba a ir a ninguna parte, al final nos dice (como haciéndonos el favor de nuestra vida) que nos puede dar una habitación que hay en la planta baja junto al parking. Hice notar mi malestar por esta solución porque yo lo que había pagado era una habitación con vistas. La señora nos dice que para compe
