"Beautiful, old stone building. View from the front terrace and dining room is looking right at the Cirque de Gavarnie. Great access to hiking trails around this Cirque and also access to hikes into adjacent Cirques. The room was basic and dated, but clean and comfortable, nonetheless. A few oddities like no place to hang a towel, or the hall light didn't turn on when leaving the room (motion sensor was at the elevator end of the hall). Lydia was extremely warm and welcoming and fun to talk with....

Le Chalet est douillet, confortable, très fonctionnel, tout y est et dans un état impeccable. Et les préparations culinaires sont copieuses, soignées, et délicieuses. Excelllente halte dans un décor reposant."
