lovely hotel

Difficult to find hotel from nearby in town. Lovely room, nice view from balcony, staff very friendly. Easy walk to centre ville. Only comment about room is shower curtain or barrier would be helpful, but otherwise room and b bathroom were lovely.

Pour les "fines gueules" !!

Un service très souriant et impeccable. La qualité du restaurant et du chef est bien au dessus de ce que l'on trouve en général sur ce type d'établissement. Une très bonne surprise que nous vous recommandons.

L hôtel est chaleureux, propre et accueillant. Seul bemol la piscine est certes chauffée mais l'extérieur est tres froid en tous cas avec des enfants. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins . La restauration excellente, un carré d agneau aux petits oignons et un moelleux au chocolat fantastique. Le menu enfant tres copieux et fait maison !

Accueil désagréable du propriétaire de l'hôtel. Très agressif / réservation en ligne via le site hôtel.com Déclare que la CB ne fonctionne pas et que j'ai bien de la chance qu'il n'ait pas déjà reproposé la chambre. Ce qu'il a fait puisque je n'ai pas eu de chambre familiale comme attendue mais une bien plus petite sans modification du prix.

Ensemble mitigé

La chambre est vieillotte, avec un vieux papier peint au mur, le confort est assez spartiate, la douche toute petite avec un rideau. Une seule prise de courant dans la chambre. Au matin, plus d'eau dans la douche, apparemment nous avions bloqué le pommeau de douche... Très bon point pour le restaurant, très bon carré d'agneau au thym et queue de boeuf au chou.

Gute Location für Bike oder Wandertoren

Schöne Lage des Hotels, in einer Nebenstraße. Im Garten die Möglickeit zu relaxen oder ein Buch zu lesen, Liegestuehle vorhanden. Frühstück fand ich optimierungsbedüfig, neben Kellogs Cornflakes und Schokomuesli hätte ich mir noch eine Basismuesli oder nur Haferflocken gewünscht. Croissants waren lecker das Baguette zum Teil nicht mehr ganz frisch. Aber insgesamt gutes Buffet inkl. Obst. Fahrradkarten zur Planung von Touren sind im Hotel vorhanden. Schattige Parkplaetze im Hof vor dem Hotel

Lovely basic hotel near to Pyrenees

Stayed here with 2 small kids. Room was small but comfy, good hot shower and quiet. Hotel has great sitting area and gardens. Breakfast simple (cold food only) but ample. Swimming pool cold but nice once you get used to it (one of my kids couldn't take the cold). Manager and staff very helpful and friendly. Have a little lock-up garage for storing bikes. Free wifi generally ok. Restaurant on site was very popular but too uncompromising for our kids' tastes. Great location- just a few minutes' walk to main square

Good stay, lots to do in the area and the hotel was well placed to reach everything. Within walking distance to the town centre but in a quiet area it was comfortable and friendly. Only criticism was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the breakfast was disappointing for 10 euros each.

Great hotel, Great restaurant

We booked our stay just the day before and were very happy with the accommodations. I had read rave reviews of the onsite restaurant so we decided to eat there. So glad we did! We chose the 3-course dinner (which was very reasonable) and every dish was delicious! One of the best meals we had on our entire 2 week trip. Our room accommodated the 4 of us (me, my husband, my 21 year old daughter and 19 year old son.) We were just looking for a place to sleep for the night, so although the room (with 3 beds) was a little cramped, it was perfect for us. Very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Not what we'd hoped for

The main entrance, breakfast area and restaurant on the ground floor were bright and airy. Unfortunately the stairs and corridors leading to the bedrooms were dark and dull, and our bedroom was in need of modernisation, especially the bathroom. All the furnishings were rather shabby and the bed was not that comfortable. However dinner was very enjoyable. Location is though convenient for exploring Lourdes and the Pyrenees, etc.
