Well the property was so old that,they have the old electric plug in point.so I cudnt charge my iPhone, Ipad..so When I asked at the front desk they told me that they are going to charge my phone in the reception:/front desk area only..so each night I used to drop off my phone at the reception /front desk and pick it up in the morning time..then i cudnt charge my electric shaver as they didn’t have an adapter for that.. other than that the hotel is at the central location.. you can walk to the malls and restaurants…

Zimmer aus dem Mittelalter, Bilder großteils als Fake empfunden. Fernseher ca 20 Jahre alt. Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig. Klimaanlage war auch ein Witz. Lampen lose und nur teils funktionsfähig. Im Teppich sind Brandlöcher gewesen. Betten hart wie Stein.

The remodel rooms are nice, however they have a few remodeled rooms and the rest are with very old outdated furniture. The staff is helpful but they are limited on what they can do about the room condition. I have reservations for a suite, but I have to stay in a regular small room that is clean rather than the suite I reserved which is not available.

The hotel is conveniently located in city center up the street from Gulliver shopping center. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has been consistent. The check in is always quick, even when there is a line of people waiting to check in or out. The staff is always helpful. They have a decent lobby bar/restaurant and another on the 2nd floor with reasonable prices. Though prices are higher than local establishments, it's still a good value. They have many elevators to take one to the higher floors, and the wait is never too long. They have a souvenir shop, ATM's, and currency exchange in the lobby for convenience. The rooms are as they appear online, nothing fancy, but everything works and well maintained. Hotel room prices a good value for what you get.

A Very Good mid-range hotel for Kyiv.

Old hotel, no charm.
The room was really old with a stale smell. It’s Soviet times never ended in this hotel. Old carpets and furniture. Won’t stay again.

Just don’t order breakfast and you’ll be fine
Everything was great except the English breakfast in the room (not included) which was ludicrously expensive for a bit of bread with two eggs cooked in the wrong way (I asked for scrambled they had done fried). I had McMuffins delivered the next day! The piano in the main bar is in a terrible condition but the one outside the restaurant is playable
