"Fabulous hotel located near Skogafoss waterfall. Mountain view rooms could see the waterfall. Very vomfortable room. Access to tea/ coffee via a machine in the hallway. Brealfast was lovely with plenty of space. Felt like home from home and what a view!"

"Be warned: you CANNOT get to this hotel with your own vehicle! You're required to buy a separate bus ticket in order to get to the hotel. We weren't told until a couple weeks before our stay that a bus was required to reach the property. We were stunned to find that bus tickets for our family of four were almost TWICE as expensive as the $285 room we booked for a single night. "nice to have a complete unit to ourselves clean. shower head was cracked and leaked water out the sides but other than that shower was nice and big. convenient to have a table with 4 chairs. no plug in at counter height so needed to charge phones on floor and plug in kettle on floor. but overall a great little place."

"The advertising was misleading as we spent extra so we could have a hot tub, it was cold and dirty. There is no one on site so I emailed to see if they could fix it but no one replied.
