I stayed at this hotel as I had a 16hour overnight layover in Haneda. Didn’t really interact with anyone working at the hotel so therefore can’t comment on the service. My room felt old and my room was small. Convenient location obviously.

Very aesthetic and clean with many activities/amenities offered on the premises. Great view of the wharf! I will note that the restaurant/bar on the 5F closes at 8PM which was a bit of a bummer since that’s pretty early. Furthermore, I think that all of the restaurants could expand on their menus. ...
