Otel genel ulaşım açısından avantajlı konumda, odalar temiz ferah, mutfak ve açık büfe kezzetli ve yeterli çeşitlilikte, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Fiyat verimlilik açısından memnun kaldık. Kış dönemi olduğu için havuz ve sahil imkanı yoktu, değerlendiremedik.

Oldukça vasat bir otel. Fiyat performans oranı oldukça düşük. Hizmet oldukça kötü. Plaj havlusu istediğimizde olmadığını beklememizi söylediler uzunca süre bekledikten sonra odadaki havluları kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Yiyecekler hijyenik değil. Kahvaltıda salatalıklar hiç yıkanmamış çamurlu şekildeydi. Kimseye önermiyorum

Otel müşterisine yalan söylüyor. Yapılan ödemenin arkasından arayıp ilave ücret istiyor. Hotels.com.com olmasa idi bu otel tatilimizi mahvederdi. Hotels.com sayesinde otelin bu terbiyesizce hareketi çözüldü. Olay da şudur : 2 Yetişkin bir çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırdım çocuk yaşını yazdım rezervasyonum bittikten sonra beni aradılar rezervasyonunuz gerçekleşmiştir dediler iki gün sonra beni arayıp çocuk yaşının sekiz yaşından büyük olmasından dolayı yetişkin olarak değerlendiriz ilave bedel istiyoruz dediler ve tatilimi iptal etmeye kalktılar bunu önleyen Hotels.com ekibine teşekkür ediyorum. I am very disappointed this time with the hotel, I stayed in the ramada suites last September by my self and this year I brought my baby and stayed in the ramada resort. The staff service rate from me would be 6 out of 10 . Some staffs are rude and some aren’t. The hotel is modern and clean. I extended my stay by a day when my friends arrived from Dublin, I paid a day before my previous booking expired and then the following day my key card won’t work, I went downstairs to the receiption and they I have to pay for the extra day, i was like are serious as I paid for that yesterday, and my check is tomorrow, the receptionist was like ok sorry then she activated my card , then the duty reception manager told me I need to pay 50 tl immediately for the mojito i had on the day of my arrival, I actually thought that was inclusive, anyways to cut story short, I agreed to pay the money even if it wasn’t check out day, but told them I needed to go to the restaurant and feed my baby first as she was hungry and then I will go back upstairs to my room and get my wallet to pay the 50 tl but the whole staff at the reception didn’t look happy about that and they said that I had to pay that right away. The were so loud that every body at the reception area could hear, I felt so upset and walked away. That was humiliating and inconsiderate, and to think it was only 50tl , after all the money I have spent at hotel staying there last year and this year, and i also brought my friends

Staff were very helpful. I had 2 rooms and both rooms looked like they could do with some minor maintenance. Things like cracked ceiling and water damaged vanity unit in the bathroom. Nothing that made our stay less comfortable but niggly things to look at. But I would still book this hotel again.

Its a huge hotel, too many people. Meals are caos,tons of resort food buffetstyle, people desperately diving for food. If you want peace and quiet and a more refined atmosphere , this is not the hotel.if you,like resort style allyou can eat, with lots of noisethen this is it. The rooms on the other hand are huge,clean and very nice. Staff is polite, but not outstanding service.

Teleurstellend

Midden augustus verbleven. Check-in om 14.00 uur. Aangekomen om 09.30 uur en tot op de minuut gewacht voor een kamer ( slapeloos in de lobby rondgelopen). Kamer eenmaal binnen, een en al teleurstelling. We kregen een zolderkamer die veel te klein was. Douche en balkon waren oke en ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. 2 dagen later bij de handdoekenservice aangekomen om 12.30 uur om nieuwe handdoeken te verkrijgen. Moesten 1,5 uur wachten omdat ze op(!) waren. Animatie doet goed zijn best en de schoonmakers zijn uiterst vriendelijk. Wel een duur hotel want er wordt met euro’s gerekend nu de koers zo hoog is. Er staat nergens lira terwijl je in Turkije bent. Het strand betreed je trouwens met ern shuttlebus die om het uur vertrekt maar helaas overvol is. Ook is hun privéstrand met kiezelstenen waardoor je pijnlijke voeten krijgt als je wilt gaan zwemmen. De zee van Kusadasi is wel heerlijk en helder, op de juiste stranden. Het hotel heeft geen mooie uitstraling van buiten moet ik zeggen. Het zwembad was groot genoeg. Er was ook een zwembad apart 16+ waardoor je rustig kon relaxen. Ook het eten is beter dan andere hotels. Je hebt een ruime keuze. Het personeel doet goed zijn best, maar de service over het algemeen is geen 5-sterren waard.

This hotel is fabelous

Second time in ramada. We are 6 people, 2 families with a teenage daughter each and we love this hotel. I really cannot say 1 bad word of Ramada. Staff, food, facilities etc.. everything is splendid. I've visited already a lot of 5 star hotels in Kusadasi but I think I will always return to Ramada.

Perfekt for røykere med barn ....

Vi ankom hotellet kl 11, men måtte vi vente i nesten 4 timer før vi fikk sjekke inn, da "rommet vårt" ikke var rengjort. Dog da vi fikk sjekke inn og kom opp på rommet, inneholdt ikke rommet de fasiliteter vi hadde bestilt og betalt for, så vi måtte drasse med oss bagasjen ned til resepsjonen igjen og bytte rom. Denne gangen fikk vi et pent rom i 6.etasje, men måtte bære bagasjen opp bratte trapper selv. Tv har ikke HDMI inngang, og mange av kanalene er ikke tilgjenlig. Toalettene nær restauranten er ofte skitne. Mye støy av barn i ganger, restauranter, barer og lignende. Mye støy ute ved bassenget da det er høy musikk og mye bråk fra mikrofon. Ikke en plass å dra for en avslappende ferie. De har et "relax-pool" hvor det er 16 års aldersgrense, parasolene og bordene er skiftne og det er sigarettrester overalt. For oss ble dette et problem pga. allergi. Hotellet arrangerte transport til stranda hver halvtime, men stranda var dårlig. Fult av steiner og mange sigarettstumper rundt sengene. Ellers hadde hotellet veldig god servering av mat i restaurantene, mye forskjellig til en hver smak! Men selv med All inclusive, er det begrenset til tidsrammer for mat. Så da vi sjekket inn måtte vi vente 1,5 time før vi fikk spise, og vi fikk ikke spise frokost da vi sjekket ut for tidlig... Vi tar nok ikke turen til dette hotellet igjen...
