"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。
施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。
もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。
この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient."

"Large room compared to other hotels in other cities. Very clean, beautiful ocean view with free drinks (only on certain hours). We only stayed for one night after touring around Miyajima, but was very impressed, and wished we stayed longer. There is a Shuttle Bus that takes you to and from the Miyajimaguchi Station to the Hotel! That is very convenient! "

"A gem of a place. Stayed here at the end of April and the location and place were an experience. The dinner and breakfast were also excellent and we greatly appreciated the shuttle back to the ferry the next day. Highly recommend. "
