Hotel was in a nice location, normal amenities, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. The hotel was a bit dated in looking at the bathroom tiles, tub, and the couch in our room was a bit worse for wear. Otherwise great, the breakfast on the top floor was excellent!

Had a great stay in Mitsui. The staff were professional and the room was clean and comfortable bed. Location is great too as it’s close to many shops and restaurants. The top floor had the most beautiful view especially in the evening.

This was a great stay!! It was conveniently located. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had little snacks different times of the day if you wanted to relax while enjoying the view on the 25th floor. Just a nice treat if you need a quiet break.

Great older hotel in a handy area. The rooms are large and well appointed. Only 10 mins walk to Peace Park and museum, 15 mins to the shopping area. There is also a nearby ferry that runs directly from Peace Park to Miyajima. The staff speak English reasonable well and we’re all extremely helpful.
