"The hotel boutique name does not reflect its meaning ie. No hotel merchandise sold as souveniur. If U R a boutique hotel U shud sell some items. Very misleading to customers."
"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."
