Spacious family apartment at a convenient location

Decent and spacious for a big family outing. Location is highly convenient, right in the city centre. Facilities are basic but sufficient.

The windows of our apartment room were not soundproofed at all, as such the nonstop noise from road traffic was unbearable. Do avoid this property if you need a good night rest before your onward journey.

Would never come again

Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎

Minimal tapi boleh stay lagi.

Aircond rosak tapi lepas maintance datang, sejuk semula :) Telefon pun rosak tapi maintainece tukar telefon lain & boleh guna. Tapi semua selesai dalam masa kurang 30 minit. TQ Sumai :-) Lantai toilet licin. Tolong sediakan sabun basuh pinggan kalau boleh sebab nak basuh cawan2 tu. Overall okeh, suka :D Tp staff sangat membantu, tq.

Hotel should close down

Damage and dirty rooms. Leakage at 3 out of 4 rooms we booked. Lights broken so rooms are dimmed. It looks horror because it's old and dark. Toilets are yucky with stains and hair. It's smell bad because I don't think they ever wash or vacuum the curtain and carpet. It's just disgusting. We stayed because we have to attend a workshop at this hotel. Attempts to load picture but hotel.com seems to disallowed it

A night stay with family

The apartment is overall ok. But the exterior area is not too well maintained, may be because it is aged. We dare not try the swimming pool. Breakfast is fine. Room is quite cheap. Hotel is not far from shopping area.
