Likes - great location (old town is 10 mins walk, bus+train central stations + dwpartment store are opposite of the hotel) - modern and clean

The hotel is conveniently located just in front of the Krakow station. We can control almost everything with a tablet equipped in the room. But the Wi-Fi password didn't match my computer and telephone despite my complaints to the front desk twice.

Clean hotel directly across from the train station and main shopping centre. Short walkable distance to the main attractions. Free hot drinks in the bar area all day. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel in a great location, about a 10/15 minute walk from the main square. Free tea & coffee in the lobby. Comfy beds, good showers, clean.

Rooms incredibly small. No meeting rooms as advertised (nowhere to take a work call in the common area). Very noisy with rooms being right next to each other with little buffer.

Great hotel
A really great hotel in a perfect location. Bus stop right outside. Taxi pick up point outside the doors. Main Train/Bus station across the road. One of the best shopping centres in Europe on your doorstep. A 10 minute walk to the main city square. The hotel itself was so clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone to stay here and if im ever visiting Krakow again I will be staying here!

Comfortable bed.
Been traveling for almost 3 weeks. Lots of hotel rooms. This one has the best sheets and pillows. So comfortable and cozy.

My preferred place to stay whenever I’m visiting Krakow. Very clean , comfortable and safe. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff is very friendly.

Great hotel next to the shopping mall/train st
The hotel is located just next to the train station and a large shopping mall, which makes it very easy to find restaurants, do shopping etc. Walking to old town takes 10 minutes and is easy. The parking garage in the hotel is for guests only and give direct access from roomfloor (very convenient, even if slightly expensive, 100 zl). Breakfast was average, it had everything to wish for and tasted well, but nothing wow/extra about it. Loved the coffeemachine in the lobby with great coffee/tea supply for free 24/7. The rooms are small in size but very modern and comfortable. Soundproof. Missed not having lotion as amenity in bathroom but otherwise a really great hotel. Also appreciated the water in the room that was refilled daily, great!!
